Warranty

All shoes presented in our online store are guaranteed, in accordance with applicable law. For shoes, the warranty period is – 30 days, for bags – 30 days.

The guarantee comes into force from the moment of receipt of the goods or from the beginning of the respective season:

Winter season – November 15 to March 15;
Summer season – from May 15 to September 15;
Spring-autumn season - from March 15 to May 15 and from September 15 to November 15

The warranty period is calculated only within the seasonality for the respective type of footwear.

You can always return a product that did not suit you or just did not like it within 15 days, provided that it has not been used and its original packaging, presentation and labels are preserved.

To do this, fill out the return form in electronic or printed form:

Check that the full details for the return are required (according to the requirements of the National Bank):

Card holder name
TIN of the card lord

If you are using a printed return form, please include it in the shoe box and mail the return to:

Please note that the sender pays for the shipment according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.

Refunds are made exclusively to a bank card within 3 working days after receiving the return.
