Payment and delivery
Payment
You can choose the most convenient payment option for you:
- Prepayment – When creating an order, you can choose the option of pre-payment for the goods. To do this, an invoice for payment will be sent to your mail. It can be paid at any branch of the bank or from your own account. The bank commission is paid additionally. Please note that prepayment is required when ordering goods with delivery to the post office.
- Cash on Delivery – in this case, you can pay for the goods after you are sure that it suits you. Payment is made in the offices of carriers in cash or by bank card.
Delivery
Free Shipping Service to the New Post Office
We treat our customers with care and gratitude, so we cover all shipping costs and the carrier's commission. This means that you will not have to pay additional fees – only the cost of shoes! The service is valid for goods from 500 UAH.
Speed
We take 24 hours to process the order and ship the goods. Speed and quality of sending – these are our advantages. For the convenience of tracking, after sending you will receive an SMS with the number of the declaration.
Please note that orders received on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Nova Poshta
It usually takes 1-2 days for a package to arrive at the branch and it will be stored there for 5 days. After the expiration of the storage period, it will be returned.
Submit options available:
- To the New Post office (free of charge)
- Delivery to the post office (free of charge)
- Address delivery (recipient pays
Address delivery and delivery to the Nova Poshta branch are possible on a prepaid or cash on delivery basis.
Delivery to the parcel locker is valid only on a prepaid basis.
Justin
It usually takes 1-2 days for a package to arrive at the branch and it will be stored there for 5 days. After the expiration of the storage period, it will be returned.

In the case of delivery to the Justin branch with cash on delivery, delivery of the goods is free, but the recipient pays the commission for the money transfer.
